For twenty-five years, Gisela Gisin managed a private kindergarten in Geneva, Switzerland, where she welcomed children from twenty-one countries. With them she produced shows twice a year and later appeared on Swiss television every week for five years. The 12 Stories for Reading and Listening (12 Geschichten zum Lesen und Zuhören) grew out of her experiences talking and playing with the children in the kindergarten. This resulted in constructive stories and wonderful tales that convey a positive attitude towards life and can delight young and old. | |
